Attorney Webber will review the weekly wage and compensation rate, to ensure that the full benefit due is paid regularly. She communicates with clients as needed to keep them informed and up to speed on the progress in their case.

Social Security Disability

Attorney Cori-Lynn Webber has recently expanded her practice to include issues that face those who apply for Social Security Disability. In her day to day workers’ compensation practice, she deals with many of the same issues and frequently has clients with concurrent issues of disability through Social Security and Workers’ Compensation. A natural extension of communication with doctors and clients about medical conditions and one’s ability to work, lead her to begin handling these matters.

The office will evaluate matters before an application is made, or when an applicant has been denied benefits by the administrator.
